Expotuna demonstrated all its operative and technical capacity offering the best albacora fish in the World Championship of Encebollado 2015. An operational and technical deployment performed at our Expotuna S.A. plant made us a unique supplier of the Championship of Encebollado 2015. Technical Product Personnel and Operatives assisted each of the 19 provinces finalists, giving them the best albacore in specific cuts for the realization of the exquisite encebollado that delighted approximately 26,000 people who attended the Malecon Scenic from El Murciélago beach in Manta. In the same way Expotuna contributed with the best product for the Gourmet Sample Tuna tradition and future, (live cooking) in which recognized chefs of 12 luxury hotels and restaurants in our country have incorporated encebollado to their menu as part of Ecuadorian high cuisine. Three tons of the best albacore produced and processed by Expotuna was the main ingredient in this great gastronomic festival to become the best referent in Latin America and the world with the largest traditional Ecuadorian dish: El Encebollado.
